At Lloyds Banking Group I worked on the Digital Transformation Programme, writing copy for a series of new security measures and managing them through the sign-off process. All the content was signed off ahead of schedule and is now live.

I worked closely with multiple stakeholders across four brands as well as the UX lead and project manager, taking care of legal and compliance needs, while keeping the messages easy to understand. I also redrafted copy, informing UX updates and leading review sessions.
