As a content designer, I worked with the Department for Education (DfE) on the ‘Apply for qualified teacher status (QTS) in England’ service, which assesses the qualifications and experience of teachers who were trained outside the UK to understand whether they’re qualified to teach in England.

I also worked with DfE on their ‘Get help with technology’ programme, which gave almost two million laptops and devices to schools, along with connectivity and support, to help disadvantaged children during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

I also worked on the build and launch for a brand new Ministry of Justice service. It’s designed to help people with current or past cautions and convictions to understand when they’re spent and when they might need to declare them.
